Mines screwed up cuz I started tracking food at midnight(worked 11pm-7am and then came home and slept a couple hours and now it’s my day off so I’m up and obviously eating again haha looks like a lot but by the time I finish today I should be in quite a deficit 🤞1

So far it's day 2 and I'm still back and forth by like 3 lbs every few days..... I don't know how to break this cycle! But I know I can be more on point on the weekends!!

I’ve lost a few pounds after being at the same point in my weight loss for 6 months! The ball is rolling again and I feel psyched! Consistency is key with my exercise and eating at a deficit. Stay strong everyone and keep at it! 😊1
