ALOT of weight machines actually have instructions on them. And if there aren't instructions... JUST ASK! You can get hurt really easily if you use the machines wrong, but they will do all sorts of good if you use them correctly! Good luck, girly!!!

DO NOT weigh yourself through out the day!! Weigh yourself once a week, in the morning, after you pee, naked!! Your weight is fluctuating because you are eating and drinking food. So don't keep weighing yourself through out the day.. It will make you feel like you are not making any progress. Good luck!!

Always weigh yourself first thing in the morning (after you pee!) and make sure you're naked! The scale can't lie that way!!
