I use the unflavoured one! It is kinda grainy, but i don't really mind. The taste.. Well it took some time to get used to but I don't think it's that bad, i just blend it with a banana and some almond milk and it tastes pretty good! I haven't tried the flavoured one, since I'm trying to avoid sucralose

When I had anorexia and was restricting to +-400 kcal a day I also smelled like ammonia, are you eating enough?

For me yes, I'm trying to maintain right now but it's pretty hard since i keep losing more weight when upping calories. I lost +- 200 grams per week when eating 1300-400 kcal a day+ exercising 7 days a week, now I eat 1900+ kcal, exercise 4/5 times a week and i've lost 1 kg in 2 weeks...

As long as you don't have any pain/discomfort i don't see the problem really.. I only have bm 1x every 1/1.5 weeks. Has been like this since i was a little kid, and i eat about 40 grams of fibre every day....

Something I've only tried for the first time a few months ago: peanut butter. I always thought the smell was absolutely horrible so i never ate it but now that i tried it i loooove it :') Not a food but a drink: cococola/pepsi/etc. it smells disgusting, don't think i'll ever try it.

For breakfast i used to eat white bread with butter and then i would put a lot of brown sugar on it, i ate about 3 slices and then a slice with chocolate sprinkles and for lunch i also ate bread with nutella... i now realize just ate soooo much bread, for breakfast lunch, sometimes even dinner + pretty much all snacks…

You shouldn't exercise when recovering from an eating disorder. Just like you shouldn't run a marathon with a broken foot.
