  • Sounds like you are doing everything right...hopefully just a plateau. Try switching up your foods or exercise to jolt your body back into workout mode!

  • I am also starting back up. I sync'd my phone with Runtastic so hopefully my calories and routes will automatically be in MFP. I'm mostly doing this to get fit again more than lose weight.... I haven't worked out with weights for over a year, what a slacker!
