I'm excited! Even though getting older sucks in alot of ways. 30 is still young and we still have our whole lives ahead of us. I want to shock my friends by how freakin excited I will be on my birthday and I want to be more amazing in every way than I was in my 20s.

Im eating lean meats and veggies with a little whole grain. My diary is open. I dont really want to add more fat to my diet, I usually have a good amount from healthy sources but you can have too much of a good thing....Wouldnt butter and whole milk be full of saturated fats? I would go with mfp its easier to live a normal life lol...plus if you look at the ingredients on those things they arent very healthy even though they are low calorie and have vitamins added

thanks for the suggestions....when I add nuts I go way over protein since I already try to do lean meats, fish, or beans throughout the day
