Ideally I should lose about 100 lbs at this point, I'm down 15, and looking to lose another 10, then reevaluate my goals. If anyone needs a friend on here, or some encouragement and can offer the same I'd love to have more friends on here =)

I'm 5'2" and want to get to 200, then readjust my goal from there. I'd like to be 180 to 160. Then readjust from there.

There's something called a pedal exerciser. It's an under the desk little foot pedal bike type thing. I friend has one, I'd like to invest. They're about 40 bucks. May be a good option.

My stomach is covered in stretch marks and kind of saggy skin. Also when I eat I seem to bloat more in my stomach than before.

There's a small bike type thing you can put under your desk and do seated exercise, google pedal exerciser. It's a great way to keep active even while at your desk. I think 600 calories a day is way too low, hopefully incorporating some light exercise in your work day would help you feel better about eating more. Good luck!

MFP has me eating about a third of what I was eating before I started looking at my calories. There are days where I'm like...want to eat, want to chew, and exercising allows me to do it and still stay within my calorie range. It's a balance. It works for me.

When my son was that age I took him on walks religiously, he would nap yay because he wasn't easy to get to take a nap, and I got exercise. I know it's not an extreme work out but you can do some levels of speed walking. Also if there are any parks or playgrounds, even mall playgrounds you may be able to go there and meet…

That's a very ambitious trail to have done especially with kids in tow. If you want to see the rest of it try starting from the opposite end next time! I'm impressed. Camping.....if I saw so much as a bug I would have called the police. I think you accomplished a lot!

That's awesome! Can I ask what kind of workouts are you doing? I've been dieting for two months and have lost a little over 10 lbs. I work out 5 days a week for 30 minutes to 2 hours a day. Someone posted a pintrest pic from Martha Stuarts website today, it was a stuffed squash with beans, garnished with guac....and I thought wait that's healthy. Hmm...sometimes cooking websites give you inspiration, especially for me in the vegetable department.
