I haven't lost anything for a while. In fact, I gained like 10 lbs. I really need to get my butt in gear. Lol, I even have a 5k to do next weekend. That is going to be rough

All holiday food is my downfall. I mean, I am already struggling with pumpkin spice lattes. I am trying to incorporate it in my daily food journal. I bought the pumpkin spice via's and have 1 a day. 140 calories. If I need it, I piece of dark chocolate is 60 calories. Cheese and crackers are another downfall. I buy…

Have you tried aquasize? My mom has fibromyalgia and she says that water aerobics don't bother her at all. Welcome and lets all shrink together!
-
I feel the same way. I lost 50lbs doing a ketogenic diet and it was very strict. I know holidays are approaching and I want a little bit of freedom. within reason of course. I have another 50lbs to lose and I know it will be a little slower doing it the conventional way, but I want to prove to myself that I can lose the…

I haven't been on MFP for a long time and these last couple days have been really rough. I admit, I did have a few things I shouldn't have. I am going to eat clean from this point and drink lots of water and go for a run. Don't beat yourself up.

Hi Andrea, I don't have 75 to lose but I do have 55lbs. I have already lost 50. Friend request sent!

It depends, but I figure, why restrict too much. That will only lead to stress and deprivation. Sometimes, I will work out and not eat the extra that I earned. That is usually ok. I guess it depends on the person. Too much deprivation leads to failure, at least in my experience.

Welcome back. I'm back as well after a long time away. I am starting the Jillian Michaels workout tomorrow and I want to start running again. I loved my one when I had it. I have the flex now because I really wanted the Tory Burch bracelet for it. I have 55lbs to lose. We can do this!! Here is to a strong fall and winter!…

Good morning, My name is Genevieve and I have been on and off MFP for years. I have never gotten to my ultimate goal of 145lbs and have been morbidly obese for 17 years. Just recently I lost 50lbs doing a ketogenic diet and now I want to lose the last 55lbs. I rejoined MFP because I want to do this on my own by eating…

I'm doing almased right now and it does really work. I'm in the fasting stage right now and I can tell my sugar addiction is out of control. I can't wait to weigh in to see what the results are

Hi Nancy, what fitbit do you have? I have a fitbit one and I love it. I've kind of fallen off track and need a good kick in the bum. I lost 40lbs since July 1st but this last month, I've gained a bunch back. I will officially weigh in tomorrow morning but I am not going to be surprised by my big gain. I would love it if…

Leslie Sansones walk away the pounds was fun but I go to the gym now. I also did the thirty day shred when the weather was crappy!

I am a serious chocoholic. If its milk chocolate or chocolate ice cream, that's it I'm done. I started buying a dark chocolate bar that I break into squares and every night I have 1 square. 60 calories and that's it. I try to take at least 5 mins eating that one square of chocolate. I savor it and it keeps my milk…

Just wanted to touch base to see how you are progressing? I'm on week 4 now and all I can suggest is go slow, make sure you can breath through your nose, be aware of how your stepping and just proceed to the next level before making any suggestions of redoing a week. I was so sure that I would be redoing last week because…

I love the southwestern chicken baked in a red or yellow pepper with a piece of jalapeño laughing cow cheese in the middle. I also add Mexican hot sauce to it when it's done. That's the only way I can eat that dish.

Hi, I'm older. 33 but you can feel free to add me if you want to. I love meeting new people.

Hi, I just finished my 2nd week today but I think next week I may do it again until it starts to get easy than I will move up to the next week. I am 240lbs and it is no easy task but I like running and I get such a sense of accomplishment when I am done. I have also found a great runners stretch yoga sequence on utube that…

I bought the book years ago and did day one than never picked it up again. I wasn't ready. I am now and just started day one today. I would love to hear how it has helped others!

I remember: wasting my 20's while my friends were all shopping for club wear and I was the frumpy mom I remember: walking for 30 mins and being out of breath and my hips hurting so bad I had to lie on the couch for the rest of the day. I remember: going to bed so sick because I overstuffed myself all day and felt like I…

I am on day 9 level one so I'm not ready for pictures and all that yet. If you search 30 day shred there are some good threads about it.
