Log it the best you can and move on. You shouldn't hate yourself for eating. You may be better off with a "cheat meal" that doesn't take you as far over and potentially eliminate your deficit altogether. Personally I just work those foods into my diet as I can.

Don't worry too much about it, as long as it doesn't get to be a habit. I had a bad day this week and dreaded stepping on the scales the next morning, but I was the same weight as the day before, so the damage wasn't as bad as I thought it would be.

I have binged several times while trying to get adjusted to calorie counting. It does get easier in time. I also felt really bad, but in the grand scheme of things, one big meal won't make you gain weight. Like the other said, log it and move on. Try to do better tomorrow and eventually after 30 days it should become habit. Good luck!!

I haven't been on MFP for a long time and these last couple days have been really rough. I admit, I did have a few things I shouldn't have. I am going to eat clean from this point and drink lots of water and go for a run. Don't beat yourself up.

Identify one or toe things you can learn from this to apply next time...like one drink limit, no seconds, smaller portion, one piece of bread only, whatever works for you. It is a learning and building process. Keep going! Remember why you started on this journey and use that to help keep you focused and on track.

Don't beat yourself up - you're a human being, not a robot. If you aren't allowed one day where you don't manually add and calculate everything that passes your mouth, then I don't want to be on this planet anymore! Tomorrow is a new day :)
