  • Pools exercises are great for joints and backs- I did Hydro therapy for my sciatica. Just don't over do it with anything you do! Slow and steady! And Congrats on the weight loss that is GREAT! Best of luck to ya-
  • I use Stevia and I won't go back to sugar. It took a lil bit to get used to it. But the less Sugar you eat the easier it is to get used to the Stevia!! I use it in my oats and buckwheat in the morning. I don't drink coffee, I haven't tried it in baking yet.
