Hi guys. I started last night (3/5). I love Jillian. I fell off the wagon since Thanksgiving and yesterday was the beginning of a new day for me.

Hi. I lik doing Jillian Michaels dvds. A lot of member here have done 30 Days Shred, Ripped in 30...which are both 20-30 min...less room needed, and also needs hand weights. I use her No More Trouble Zones dvd...about 45-50 min...less room needed and also uses hand weights. Good luck

Here's mine. Jackie, I am not sure how else you can improve this group... I, myself look forward to Saturday weigh in. Since I know I do weigh in every Saturday, I do my best with eating and exercise so I see a positive result on weigh in day. Thank you for keeping and making the spread sheet for us.

Welcome. This site is very helpful in making you aware of what you are putting in to your body. It will be a learning process along the way as you will learn mre about your body. If it is really late try not to eat anymore carbs...if you have any protein shake...that should help you wiht hunger

This happens to me when I eat empty carbs (regular pasta, white rice, potatoes)...makes me hungry the next day. But if I eat complex carbs, protein, I am good in the morning.
