Is there a Great Harvest Bread Co near you? I get my bread from there and it's amazing. I love the Honey Whole Wheat.

26 years old 5'5.5" HW: 162 CW: 148-150 depending on day & time of month GW: 145? I got to my goal size (6) a month or two ago and upped my calories even though I wasn't at my weight goal. I'm so much happier when I get to eat more! I eat 1850 (which is TDEE-15%) and always net above 1450 (BMR), so I don't eat back…

I love Leslie Sansone! I've been doing her videos for about 10 years off and on. I know if I do her videos consistently, I will lose weight and tighten up, especially my sides. My favourite is the Walk Slim 4 Fast Miles. I use a HRM to track my burn, and I usually burn 80-100 calories per mile. Definitely helps with weight…

30 Day Shred has helped me tone up a lot. I didn't lose any weight, but I lost inches and everything is more lifted and toned.

I got into the 140s today too! Also by .2, but I'm counting it, since this is what I saw on the scale last week before a week of company being here and eating weird. It also makes my BMI in the healthy range for the first time as an adult! Woohoo!

That seems really high. My heart rate doesn't get above 160 even when I'm doing the boosted walks in her videos. I would be shocked if you burned more than 100 calories per mile, but I don't know your stats. I used a Polar FT60 while doing a 3 mile walk in about 41 minutes, and I burned 311 calories. I've only had the HRM…

I get rid of them. I kept them in the past and it was too easy to creep back up into them. When I know I don't have any bigger clothes to wear, it's a great reality check. Right now I'm only keeping anything that is only 1 size up, since most of it is a few years old and has shrunk to mostly fit me through repeated…

Congrats! That's a huge accomplishment!

I'm 5'5.5" 26 years old. Highest weight was 162 in 2010, joined MFP at 153 two months ago. I'm at 151 now (slow and steady!) with a goal of 145. I'm really curvy, so I'm working on toning up and making my waist smaller to exaggerate my hourglass figure. I'm going to do 30 Day Shred for the second time in August when I go…

I can't give up bread entirely. I found some amazing whole wheat bread at Great Harvest Bread Co. that only has 5 ingredients. I eat that and it's worth it every time.

2 pounds a week seems too much to me, only because it would really restrict your calories. I'm working on only 6 pounds and it is going painfully slow at .5 pound a week, but it is staying off! I think slower tends to be easier to maintain. Sounds like you have a great start. Keep building those muscles!

This is the hardest thing. I can have a deficit of 3500 in a week but I still only lose a half pound every week or two. It's so frustrating. I've lost 2 pounds in 7 weeks of tracking, and I've only gone over my calorie limit twice. I work out 6 days a week but I'm not losing inches anymore either. I would love if anyone…

I definitely think it has to do with region and location. I live in Denver and there are definitely a lot more fit people here than when I lived in West Texas! People here will go outside to workout even in the snow in the winter and 105 degrees in the summer. Given, it is more enjoyable to be outside here than other…

I'm having the same problem. I'm tracking my calories consistently and I'm always under, and I work out 6 days a week and I eat my exercise calories back. I drink plenty of water. I'm just stuck! It's so frustrating to be working so hard and not see any change. Thanks for the tips so far, and any others would be helpful…

You have almost the same stats as I do! I started at 162, and now I'm stuck at 152. I can't seem to ever get past 150. My goal weight is the same as yours too, 145! I'm exercising 6 days a week, 3 days of just cardio and 3 days of some cardio and some strength training. I seem to gain and lose the same 2 pounds depending…

I'm new as well! I'm 5'5" and 152 pounds. I'm down from my highest weight of 162, and my goal weight is 145. I'm a really curvy girl, so I don't want to get too low and lose my curves! 151 is the lowest I've ever been as an adult, and I never can seem to get under 150. I'm going to do it this time. Welcome to you!
