I am new to MFP, but so far I love it. My goals for June are: Drink more water and try to stay away from the artificial sweetened drinks. Walk at least 30 minutes a day (sometime more) Attend weekly Weight Watcher meetings Track every bite of food that I put in my mouth

Great job. Did you know that your pictures aren't showing up though? I'm not sure how to do all of that, but keep on tracking your food and exercising. Your hard work is paying off. This is an awesome site, isn't it? I love it. Best of luck to you.

Sure WW online counts if it works for you. When I first started WW 3 years ago, the same people would go to every single class, and we all loved the teacher. I am a WW member, so I don't actually go by calories. Weight Watchers goes by fat, fiber, carbs, and protein. I eat Fiber One cereal with skim milk every morning for breakfast and a banana. I always eat a light healthy snack mid morning and again mid afternoon. That way you won't be starving by dinner time.

Thanks for starting this group. I have been walking twice a day now for the past 3 days, so this is a perfect group for me. We are going to the beach in July, so I must keep up my walking in order to lose at least 10 lbs.
