Please feel free to add me too. I've been away for a while, and I really need some motivation and support, so I can lose the weight I've gained back.

I also have a sweet tooth. I LOVE chocolate!! I like the Fiber One Chocolate & Oats bar, Weight Watchers candy, Russell Stovers Sugar Free candy, Prairie Farms Sugar Free Ice Cream, Skinny Cow products, Weight Watchers ice cream bars, brownies made with black beans are very good (sounds gross, but they are good), and you…

I also found myself eating way too much fruit, and I think that's why I was losing slower, and alot of people in our class thought the same thing. I liked the old program alot better.

I do both WW and MFP too. I've been a lifetime WW member for over 3 years now, and I slowly gained my weight back. Since January I lost 11 and then since I've been on here (about 1-1/2 weeks), I've lost another 5. I track my food in my WW journal (points), and I track my food on here (calories, carbs, fiber, etc.). WW…

Wow, that is the most amazing weight loss story that I've ever read. I am sooooooooo happy for you and your family!! You may not of been here today to tell your story if you hadn't lost the weight that you did. I bet you feel so much better than you did back then. Best of luck to you on your journey and your upcoming…

I love the WW PP program because they say that you can eat lots of fruits and veggies for 0 points, so that makes me eat more of both. I also love WW because they teach you how to eat the right kind of foods, and you don't have to eat their food. WW teaches you that you are not dieting, you are making a lifestyle change…

Oh yes I can see a big difference. Good for you. You are doing awesome on your weight loss journey!!!

If you cannot exercise, just really watch what you eat, drinks lots of water, and you'll be fine. I'm having back and hip problems. I have bursitis in my hip, and back issues from walking funny after my foot surgery. Besides that, I'm doing good (lol). Even though I'm having issues, I'm still trying to walk at least 30…

I figure the more friends and support that I have, the more motivated I will be which will help me lose my weight. I have about 30 lbs. to lose. I am a 50 year old mother of 2 daughters and I am also a grandma of 1 grandson. I already sent you a friend request.
-
Good job! I hope I can say the same in 6 months!!
-
Feel free to add me too. One thing you may want to do is go for a walk on your break or lunch hour. I find that exercising really helps, and it gives you more energy. Best of luck to you.

I am a WW lifetime member. I met my goal about 2 years ago, but I quit going to meetings on a continual basis, and over the last 2 years, I gained the 30 lbs. back that I had lost. At one time, we had an awesome leader, and I am still good friends with her. She had to quit being a WW leader because it interfered too much…

I try to keep busy at night if I'm thinking about food (doing laundry, playing games online, running up and down the stairs). Or go for a walk (even around the house).
-
Yes I definitely agree. I would take hot flashes over cramps, headaches, etc. anytime!!

I'm new to MFP. I grew up in Florissant and Spanish Lake and then got married and move to St. Charles. Now we live in O'Fallon, MO. I went to St. Dismas, St. Aloysius, and then to Rosary High School.

I turned 50 in October, and in November, I had hammertoe surgery. I am also a WW member, and I became a lifetime member back in 2010, but I've since then gained back 30 lbs. I love this site. It's the best - so many motivating and supportive people on here. I am still going to WW meetings, but I thought that I would start…

I think there is surgery available for this, isn't there? Yes I would really try to keep her weight down. I'm sure that would help.
