i totally hear you, i am just going to do week3session3, so almost done this week. I cant even fathom the idea of being able to run 5 minutes straight last week without having to stop to catch my breath, and I dont even think i am running that fast (4mph)

I want it to be my thing :-) I hear its a fantastic way to get a good cardio workout in. I have done it on a treadmill and have tried it outside but found i got winded alot faster outside. I live in the country so its the same old boring roads. I may try to find some fun trails in the area to try

Count me in. My cut off time will be 8. I keep trying to stick to this rule but its hard when your husband is eating chips right NEXT to you. Its going to be a hard challenge but ill keep all of you in the back of mind when i want to put my hand in that bag :-)

I find what gets boring sometimes so i put a little crystal light in my water, adds a little flavour but I seem to be drinking ALOT more then i used to
