I had a cheat meal --barbequed ribs 1/4 of a rack and baked potato and homade bread with cinimon butter. Yum! The next day ASAP I was back to my usual cereal and almond milk and 1200 - 1300 calorie daily eatting. I lost two pounds in the next week. I couldn't beleive it so now I do. Get the Hungry Girl cook books, they will help you with eating fruit and vegetables in a low cal but yummy way. Can you eat any?

I have the same problem. I love the california frozen veg or oriental frozen veg with seasoning and Laughing cow cheese on it and then I steam the veg and cheese 9 minutes in the microwave with a microwave steamer! Love IT!!! BUT GAS!!!! OH MY!!!

I like all the Special K cereals some are with berries some are with chocolate and one is 100calories for a serving. I also use 35 calorie almond milk.

Subway veggie delight: 290 calories with sweet onion sauce on whole wheat bread -- not bad!! And you put all of the veggies you want on it!!

GOOD: Original liquid eggs are really good and you can also use them in baking. The Hungry Girl cookbooks are great to find baking receipes using these. Peanut Butter: PB2 is a dry peanut butter and you add water. Two tablespoons of PB2 and a little water and it is 35 calories, a lot of savings!! I hope this helps you with peanut butter. And it tastes the same as regular peanut butter, no difference!

I currently use the food diary as I go through out the day. I don't have a computer at home. But it seems to be working ok for me this way.
