I don't eat any vegetables or may fruits. What can I substitute these for?

Nothing, you should be eating 5-8 servings of fruit and veggies/day (1-3 fruit, 4-6 veggies). You can try juice, but the real thing is much better due to the fiber content.

that is the truth - its' just like saying, "I don't like drinking water."

The road to good health is paved by healthy eating (and healthy drinking) .

may I ask why don't you eat fruits and veggies?

I would assume that taking a really great vitamin can substitute, but what example are you setting for your kid? I don't mean to sound harsh and I assuming that the kid in the photo is yours. I hope that you are not denying him some great foods just because you dont like them.

I would rather someone start eating veggies even if they have to cover it up with cheese or butter than not eat it at all.
