Make sure you have cheat meals! Eat more calories. Eat more protein and fiber. Drink your water. Find healthy alternatives to your favorite foods. I struggle too but less so when I follow these rules!

I often feel like I am the only person who binge eats at night. It frustrates me to no end.

Me too.

I would like to know, as well. I eat for comfort, when I'm bored or any other time, really. I have lost 62 lbs in the last 7 months. I have about 40 more lbs to go. I have done very well but there are day, like last night, and today that it's too overwhelming and it takes over. I typically overeat when I've restricted…

This was helpful to read tonight, thank you!

Thanks for all the positive ideas!! I really think I just did too much, too fast, without letting go a little. 34 lbs in 2 months is a lot of weight to lose and I need to remember how much work I put in but I also know that I can't keep it up if I make myself crazy. I took a break from the gym for 2 days. Friday, I had…

Thank you! Yes, it's obviously working and I'm doing well. I may have set myself up by doing so much so quick. I'm slowing it down a bit and going to make it more manageable because it needs to be forever, not until I get to a certain weight. You will get there, too!

I'm losing about 3 lbs a week. I think I need to remember that just 2.5 months ago I was not working out at all so to go to 6 days a week is a lot. I was eating out a lot so to go from that to 1200 calories and no cheat days is probably too much. I think I'm going to slow down a bit because this is forever, not short term.…

That seems manageable! =)

I am going to continue searching for exercise I enjoy!

Oh, I have been. I have a trainer and work out 6 days a week. I have been making food at home but it's not the same. I'm just mentally exhausted from the battle.
-
You can totally do it!

I'm in the same boat. Today was really bad. I went over my calories by 300 and I haven't done that in awhile. I don't have any advice just wanted to say I feel the same way!

My biggest problem is not being able to keep up with friends or my younger siblings, not doing fun things with my friends that involve being active because I sweat so easily, and not having cute clothes that fit well.

I guess I don't really see why you care if they aren't bothering you. At least that is quiet. I have much bigger pet peeves. Personally, I watch the TV or read on my phone. I hate doing cardio on machines but running isn't an option for me right now so I read facebook a lot. I make sure my HR is up and that I'm at a fast…
