'Anorexia' just means lack of appetite.

Chia pudding with vanilla protein powder - 150 calories

I'm one of the newbies who just joined, and I was a bit anxious after I read this thread :P. But I'm not going to give up, I can't believe I haven't joined before, it's so great!

Well, your prepregnancy-weight should be a good weight then. :)
-
You want to lose weight, so why would you increase your calories if you're not even hungry? Starvation mode is a myth.
-
It may also be gluten intolerance. I have this, and I had the same symptoms until I went gluten free.

I love coke zero <3 my new year's resolution is to not buy it anymore though, I want to eat cleaner.
-
I'm preparing lots of different, delicious but healthy food so that I don't have to count calories but it's still not a cheat day.
-
Find a way to break the habit. Drink something, chew gum, stop procrastinating by snacking :P And just don't bring snacks to work.
-
I'd be afraid that it becomes a habit...you're cheating no one but yourself. There's always a healthy option at any restaurant.

If you don't feel like this is a natural reaction of you body, then maybe it isn't. Like you said, it could be binge eating disorder, if this happens frequently. It isn't natural for the body to crave a whole box of donuts. If hunger isn't the reason you binge, try to identify the real reason. :) I know the feeling of what…

It does make a difference, if you replace it with something containing more nutrients, for example. Bread really is just empty carbs.
-
I would try completely cutting out refinded sugar and curb your cravings with fruit.

I went by what would be healthy for me, just realised my mistake. Of course there's a difference between a 5'4 girl and a 5'11 guy. 1400 calories would be perfectly healthy for me, of course it's too low for a guy.
-
It looks healthy :) but I don't think you have to log sugar free gum.
-
It may not be calorie- or carb-related at all: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/809199-if-you-feel-tired-and-awful-all-the-time-read-this

That's just what happened to me. When I started to take a multivitamin it was like a miracle. :) thanks for sharing this!
-
I agree :) Why eat more than you're comfortable with? Obviously your body doesn't ask for more food.
-
Depends on what you eat. You should eat protein and no carbs for dinner.
-
In my opinion you looked best in the second picture, although I think you look good in all of them :). Try to be at a weight that makes YOU happy. You boyfriend should NEVER make you feel bad about your body.
-
I don't really care about this :D as long as they don't disappear completely lol.

Hi :) I used to live in Dubai, but now I'm back in Germany, sadly :/. There's so much pressure to stay slim in Dubai if you're always at the beach, haha.
-
I wouldn't limit myself too much...it's better to drink a diet coke than being too disciplined and then binging on junk food, which is what would happen to me if I stopped allowing myself even zero-calorie things.
-
Studying, or using your brain :P. On days when I study, I forget to eat all day. Also, I would never even keep crisps or biscuits in the house...you should never eat them.
-
I just drink tea, all day. I actually drink too much...yesterday I drank 4 liters.

I lost 25 lbs two years ago and regained almost nothing. In my opinion, the whole 'starvation mode' myth is a hype. I'm pretty sure that if you regain, it's because you go back to your old eating habits. If you eat junk, you WILL gain weight.
-
How I wish THAT was true! ;)
-
I once did a 750 calorie/day diet for about 1/2 year. Afterwards I did gain back about 10 lbs, but I was pretty much able to maintain my weight then. I don't think you damage your body bad enough on your average crash diet so that you gain back 50+lbs or stay this way for life. It all depends on if you've learned to eat…

I think asparagus is pretty low-carb and has only 15 calories/100g.

My BMR is supposedly 1250. How I wish that was true!
