I know I exercise, so I probably am averaging about 1400/1500 on most days.
But some days, even though I having a substantial 3 meals, I am struggling to hit 1200 calories.
Is this okay?

This question is a can of worms, you will get some who predict starvation mode followed by anorexia & death, others who say opposite
For me, just do what you are happy with, if you are not hungry why eat?
I work on the average for the week, some days low calories, some days high
The 1200 calorie number is dynamite on here, put your tin hat on & duck0 -
I agree
Why eat more than you're comfortable with? Obviously your body doesn't ask for more food.

When you say you average 1400-1500 per day, what do you mean by that?0
