I had Life cereal with almond milk. It was delicious, but I'm out of it.

That's happened to me numerous times, especially on a cold morning. I've also had it happen in the summer when I was on the treadmill and was not cold.

I've started to get that line, too, as I've started to lose weight :). I don't know for sure, but there's a possibility that it is due to losing fat in the stomach region, thus causing the abs to become more visible.

Maybe if you can, you can fill yourself up on healthy foods before you get there. Or, you can drink a lot of water at the party so that you get more full easily while the treats are being offered. Or maybe you can take something with you, such as a nutrition bar or something, that both sweet and satisfying enough to help…

I know how you feel. I was obese when I started dieting, too. Losing weight can be quite hard sometimes, but you can do it if you try hard. :) Losing weight is very hard at first, because changing habits is difficult. However, once you acquire new habits, it gets easier.

I'm 5'4", and I plan to get down to 120 or at least 130 before I decide to build up a little bit muscle. Right now, I am down to 147 and about halfway there.

Wow, you look GREAT!!! Your story is a huge inspiration for me. I'm 5'4" now, and for a while I had maintained a weight of 165'ish, except last winter when I gained 15 pounds. Now, I want to reach at least 120 and am halfway there.

I'm a huge, chubby hourglass with mediocre to small boobs and stupid hips/thighs. I probably don't sound like one, but I am. I want to be a small pear.
