Hey Witchy ~ I haven't been doing it. We will be doing that together now. I know that the tracking keeps you more honest they you would normally. He is finishing a round of HCG. So his might look a little off.

I started taking Zoloft and actually had some weight loss. It took away my appetite for a while but I have not had any weight gain from this. I think as long as you are exercising and eating right, this should not affect your goals.

Don't skimp on the calories today because of yesterday. Yesterday is over & done with and you need today's 1200 to keep you moving and healthy. It's only 1 day. Exercise, eat right, drink lots of water and move on. Don't dwell, it just makes you feel worse. :)

I work 2 jobs 6 days a week also. My suggestion is to cook a bunch of food in advance. I defrosted some chicken breasts, cut up a bunch of veggies and did a huge thing of stir fry. Made a couple cups of brown rice. Then put it into seperate containers so I can just grab and go and microwave. 1/2 a cup of brown rice and 1…
