Hi! I just got my Charge 2 and would love some friends to do challenges with  Exercise is the hardest part for me. Thanks! My profile: https://www.fitbit.com/user/5JLTDL

I don't know if this is a southern thing either but I heard a lot of "warsher". Do you need to use the warsher to warsh your clothes?
-
Maybe off topic? I had to look up how to spell colonel. Seriously. There is no R in colonel? Like CUR-NEL Sanders from KFC? The only thing I can figure is *ahem* *deep south accent in place* coooo(r)l-nooool Sanders.

Ahh, okay. I figured. I just remember back in the day they used to have heated work out rooms (which I always thought was silly) saying you would lose more weight. It makes sense that it would be water weight though.

My favorite favorite way to have a sweet potato is in the oven. It is so simple and so delicious. I preheat the oven to 400F, wash the potato, poke some holes in it, and pop it in the oven for about an hour. I usually get around 45 minutes to see how they are doing. The larger ones will take the full hour usually. I then…

Curious how much you weigh, your height, and what your goal weight is? Those calculations seem awful low.

These have been really helpful for me too: http://www.active.com/fitness/Articles/The_Best_and_Worst_Exercises_for_Bad_Knees http://www.ehow.com/list_6875573_exercises-patella-knee.html http://www.livestrong.com/article/373195-patellar-subluxation-exercises/

Can you sit down in a chair without a problem? I have knee issues too, though not as bad as yours. I generally wear a knee brace if I am going to do things that put stress on my knees. But only then! Because your legs need to build up muscle around your knees to support them and wearing a brace all of the time can inhibit…

The problem is with people, not you. We have become so overweight and glazed over in denial we have no idea what is healthy, what is not, or we just don't care. People don't even think logging calories is necessary to lose weight and find it "excessive". These people either have never been overweight, are overweight and…

In order to post pictures go to a free photo host such as www.photobucket.com You must sign up for an account and upload your photos. They have some great tutorials on the website if you need help with this. Once your photo is uploaded you can click on it and on the right hand side you will see something that says "direct…

Thanks for the info. I do take one now but I was not taking one then. I have many lab techs and doctors comment on the color of my urine and say that I was dehydrated. I was literally drinking no water at that point other than maybe what I got in food, which wasn't much I'm sure. I don't think you can drink all soda, some…

Maybe you need to go talk to someone. It could be something as simple as your body not getting the nutrients it needs from the right food or too much of the bad food or lack of exercise. Or it could be something more complicated like a chemical imbalance. I have been in anti-depressants in the past until I was able to get…

The whole point of tracking calories is to make sure you are either in a deficit to lose weight or in maintenance to maintain weight. If you only tracked the bad stuff it wouldn't be very helpful. You need to track every little thing you put in your mouth, including caloric drinks if tracking is to be useful.

I understand that the whole 8 glasses of water thing has been debunked but you still need water. If I was to drink enough juice to stay hydrated I'd be drinking a lot of calories and sugar daily. I drink coffee and the almond milk in my cereal or smoothie but that is it other than water. I have the occasional juice. I…

LOL Same here. I know I can jog, but I haven't since my knee injury. It is too worrisome and NOT worth it to ruin it again. I am 28 but I have defective knees it seems. Plus a lifetime so far of being overweight hasn't been too kind to them, I'm sure. I just ignore the "go run" stuff because I know my body and I know I am…

I think they meant sex with someone else. It is probably negligible when your hand is your mistress

Being able to feel comfortable in non-elastic pants/skirts! I have jeans but they always rub into my tummy. I hate it!

Amazing!! Wow!! You are hot!!
-
I second this! I live in Florida and its freaking hot here. So I have been doing Leslie Sansone's DVDs. I think it adds extra than just walking. I love them.

Gosh, I have heard of tough love but some of you on here today are just being brutal.

Curious where you all got your degree in superior calorie burning knowledge.
