I don't salt it at all, I don't find it bitter. Just picked up some Thai egg plant. They are little round things that apparently you can eat raw.

I bought a BOSU and I stand on it while watching TV. As an added bonus, my dog uses it for his agility training.

I never talk about my journey or MFP at my work. I am the smallest person there (in height & weight) and they have no idea how hard I work to be as fit and healthy as I am. I have a family history of the women in my family dying young. I am the same age now, as my mother when she passed. I am told often that I am so tiny…

I have mine set for 1200 calories but, I tend to eat between 1350 and 1700 per day. I have some wiggle room for the days I tend to need to eat more. I have been losing slowly but, I am losing.

I have found MFP very helpful. I read a lot of the posts, which I find informative and even fun. I have made some very supportive friends here. There is no trick, If you eat it, you log it ~ the good, the bad and the ugly.

Go to a store that specializes in running shoes. Just because a shoe has a good rating, doesn't mean it is the shoe for you. When I went to the running store, I was asked to bring in a pair of shoes that I had been using, they examined the bottom of my shoes. Then they made me roll up my pants, walk away from and towards…

Oh that poor little muscle. I was training to do a 56 km walk and had them really bad. I went to the running room and they suggested: wearing shoes that fit well and offer good support using shock-absorbing insoles avoiding exercising on hard or slanted surfaces or uneven terrain increasing exercise intensity gradually…

I don't have a lot of weight to lose but, my reason to get thinner and fitter is so that I can be an old lady that can still dance!
