Hi. I am down a total of 70 pounds from my highest weight, and I started keto two weeks ago. I have 99 pounds to go to reach my goal weight. Feel free to add me! ETA: As far as my future plans, once I reach my goal weight, I plan to increase carbs a bit, perhaps to 70 -80 per day instead of under 30 (total). I'll have to…

Feel free to add me! I am on day 5 of keto.

Hi! I started the day before you. I'm currently at 271, and my goal is 164 (and hopefully more!). My highest weight was 333, and I want to do something before I get back to that. Feel free to add me!

I'm starting keto today after dropping my guard and gaining back 70 pounds of the 126 I lost two years ago. Feel free to add me.

As opposed to cheating, I have one day a week (Sundays) where I'm okay eating at maintenance. I make my maintenance calories my goal (which is 1700 calories). That way I have a bit of flexibility (can save most of my calories for a splurge and desert at supper, for example) without getting completely off track.

I had three big babies in three-and-half years in my late-twenties/early thirties. I know my baby jelly belly is here to stay, but I can definitely get it down and looking much better as I continue to lose weight and tone up.

I can only tell you of my personal experience. You have a lot less weight to lose than I do/did. I lost 126 pounds and this was a concern of mine. Obviously with that much weight loss there will be lose skin. Does it bother me some days? Yep. Would I consider in the future having some removed? Yep. Do I regret losing…

Currently it's every morning after going to the bathroom. I'm trying to wean myself eventually to once a week.

Hi! I lost 126, kept it off for a year, and then regained 56 when times got tough and I returned to old habits (emotional eater here). The number one piece of advice I could give is expect to be hungry -- at least I am experiencing what feels like hunger, even if it's just in my head with a very strong desire to eat. I'm…

Love: chocolate, chips, pasta Hate: anything that involves olives or rye bread

A fun-size packet of peanut M&Ms (90 calories) is something I look forward to every day. I usually can't stop eating when I start, but this has helped limit me to a small snack. I enjoy my chocolate fix and it fits nicely within my daily calorie allotment. I've found it surprisingly satisfying -- even more so than when I…

I watch my calories, keep my total carbs under 100 and my protein at 70 or above.

You look amazing! Keep up the great work!

I'm 5'8" and I started at 333. I am currently 289. I am doing Medifast per my physician's advice. It's not a plan for everyone, but my doctor felt it would be the appropriate program for me because I started at "super obese" (which is the category above morbid obesity) with a BMI of 50.2. I had to lose 169 pounds JUST to…

Congratulations!!!

You look amazing! And look how much more of you that sweater covers compared to before. Wow!

I agree. Too much protein can affect the kidneys, so be sure you're drinking enough water to flush them out. If you're doing that, it should be fine. :)

Wow, love these pictures! I'm 5'8" and I started out at 333 and am currently 292, so I have a LONG way to go. But I know I can do it and I will do it. Love seeing all the inspirational photos!

You look wonderful!

I'm down 39 pounds and still waiting. lol I guess that's what happens when you start out at 333 pounds! My husband in the last couple weeks has been noticing, though. He will point out little things that he's noticing, which is a great ego boost. I half believe him and half think he's just trying to be really supportive. :)

I'm about 2 hours from St. Louis

14 pounds my first week. But I started with 169 to lose and I'm sure a lot of it was water weight. Since then I'm averaging around 4 pounds a week.

I can notice a wonderful change all over, but your belly and face is really, really noticeable. You look wonderful! Way to go!

Wow, you look amazing! Way to go!!!!

I'm on day 24, and I've lost 24 pounds. I started out with 165 pounds to lose to get to a health BMI, though, so I have a long journey ahead of me.

I definitely third the notion of strength training. Pregnancy is SO hard on those muscles. They'll probably need some work to get back. I had three children in less than 3-1/2 years, I sympathize!
-
Wow, that's amazing that you were able to catch that, it's a very powerful shot.
-
Congratulations! That's my ultimate goal, but I have a LONG way to go.

There is an amazing difference, great job!
