Monday - Friday, in the mornings I do 30 minutes on the elliptical, and 30 minutes in the pool at night. I am doing light weights because I am just starting on M,W,F and a workout from Netflix of my choice on Tu and Th. I also used another calulator that put my BMR at 1805, and my TDEE at 2975.

I am a soda addict myself. I find that the more I am active, the more I end up craving water instead of soda. Otherwise, it just takes will power to not grab a can of Dr. Pepper or Coca-Cola.

I just started last Tuesday and the same thing happened to me. Now, before I cook up a frozen dinner or cook up a favorite recipe, I look at the calories plus the sodium. I think this is just one step in many to becoming healthier.
