Isn't it amazing how quickly the calories can add up! Damn carbs and sugars, it can just happen so quickly. I would tell you not to worry about it. Your seem to be very thin anyway and you will get to where you want to be

Day two on the Shred. It looks easier than it actually is. I am thinking of doing some walking on the treadmill tonight. I usually go to the gym for almost an hour a day. Is everyone just doing the shred or are they doing more cardio besides?

Well I did day one for 30 Day Shred and it looks easy but the arms do get a workout. I usually go to the gym in the morning and do the treadmill or elliptical. Yes, I am in the same situation. I feel like I am at a breaking point and don't know what to do. I will fall apart if I have to buy a larger sized pants. I am the one who has to make the change and just stop putting food in my mough but I don't :(
