But then maybe when I'm stronger after doing Rohrback and Greer for a few months, I can graduate to Carrey.

I'm almost sold. I just want to know what happens to the burn you get if you don't have a cameltoe, but a moose knuckle instead.

You'll get a bigger burn with a moose knuckle, because it takes more energy to move that around.

After you've finished that fantastic workout, make sure you cool down with this.

Completely makes sense. I'm in! I will totally be punching in to space tonight!

But will doing this workout make me bulky? Maybe I should just use 1lb ankle weights...

I used to do the "Phoebe run" when I would jog with my friends in college, so I am not above Prancercising through a park. I think I will try it out this weekend as a surprise for my husband on our daily walk

My horse does not move like that. If she did, I'd probably put her down.

Now I have to go gouge my eyes out with a spork.

As a guy could I use this technique to pick girls up as well?

Could show my gait off and show off my awesome technique.

I feel so vindicated. I've been doing this for months without even seeing the video - and people in the park laughed at me. Now I know I'm not the only one and there is actually a name for it - Prancercize. I, I, I'm so happy to know there are others like me, we need to form a support group, maybe give it a "disorder" name maybe PD-Prancercize Disorder-I feel like there needs to be at least 3 letters in a real disorder though, maybe a hyphen like PD/CTD (the CT stands for "the Toe"). That's it, PD/CTD. Next we need to get it recognized so they can't discrimate against us then we need a celebrity to come out and admit to PD/CTD - Anyone know what Richard Simmons is up to lately, he might be the perfect celebrity. I was hoping to get Amanda Bynes but she's not doing so well right now. This is so exciting...
