I have never been on medication and I am hoping that when i get my A1C done in december it will be low enough that they won't put me on anything. I logged cleaning the past couple weeks. Logged as light cleaning because i am moving. I was moving boxes and furniture for hours and worked up a sweat. I dont log washing my dishes or straitening up thr house. I think if its deep cleaning and not part of your normal activity its okay to log it.

We use our toaster oven really often. Usually instead of the microwave.

I had my gallbladder removed in 08. I have the same digestive problems. I notice I have to go to the bathroom almost immediately after eating anything too greasy and especially any fast food. I went in to my profile and changed it to 0 workouts but it didn't change the calories, they stayed at 1810. Is there another way I have to change it? I just want to make sure I'm doing it right.
