A nutritionist once said try to keep meals under 600 calories each so by that standard you are fine. What seems odd is the amount of calories for what you are getting and the lack of protein it provides. Since this is working for you I would just highly recomennd that you add a scoop or two of a good protein powder such as…

You need to measure in additon to the scale and without an open diary there is no way for us to help. Make sure you are getting lots of protein, water and fiber. Cutting and limiting processesed foods, fats and carbs.

No one can help with a closed diary. If you want help we need to see your diary!!! Best of luck!!!

Without seeing your diary it is impossible to make any comments!! You workout alot, after work outs are you staying above 1200 calories? How much water, protein, fiber are you getting? Post again if you open your diary.!!

I start every morning with a Protein Shake and usually my workouts are in the evening and I try to have protein after as well. Protein shakes are a great way to get more protein into your diet!!! Best of luck, Jeanne

I would start with the 2000 per day, majority protien and then veggies, really limit the carbs. No soda and lots of water. Lower calories slowly as you increase exercise. Start with chair exercises if you have to and walking as you can. Try to get up every hour to at least take a few steps. It will happen if you stick to…

I would guess the calories are too low, protein could be higher. Don't see water listed. Excerise is low as well, increase calories and exercise with more water, fiber and protein and hopefully you will see an improvement. Best of luck!!!

My guess is you are not eating enough!!! 1200 - 1400 is fine but that should be net after exercise calories. Might need to increase protein, water and fiber as well. Don't give up but you need to feed the body!!!
-
You look so wonderful!!! Super big congrats on your success!! Keep it going!!!
-
Awesome job, big congrats!!! Keep it up and you will be at goal in no time!!!

From one baker to another I salute you!!! Congrats!!!

Pure Protein, much more protein for the calories!!!

You need to set the Proteins, etc.... to your needs. I would say at least 80gr of protein per day. Carbs and sugar should be extremly limited esp given your surgery. Lots of exercises you can do without the knee and elipitcals are easy on the knee as well. Chair exercises another great option. But you need to at least get…

If it is not the car litter then to the vet you need to go. Sorry but I lost a cat that did the same because I waited too long thinking all the things that folks have posted here. But it was wrong...... Don't wait too long, cats like to go in boxes and are usually unwell if they do not. Better safe than sorry! Hoping kitty…

Agreed with the TheyGymGypsy and you can manually adjust the protein levels on MFP!! Being on a high protein diet that is what I did otherwise the levels where too low!! Best of Luck!!!

High Protein, minimum carbs, lots of water, fiber and increased exercise. Hard to say much more without seeing your diary. Maybe a protein shake to start the day, lots of water, snack if needed and half a sandwich, whole grain bread, easy on condiments with good meat like boars head. Baked chicken for dinner and another…

Easiest way to eat low carb is to eat High Proten..... Go with Grilled Chicken, skip the breading. Change yogurt to a Greek Yogurt or Cottage Cheese. Salad can be dangerous so be careful. Snacks, go with protein, protein shake, bar, cottage cheese, string cheese, raw plain almonds...... Inbetween lots of water!!!! Best of…

Hard to comment without seeing your diary. But for protein supplements just make sure it is whey protein. Powders: Jay Robb and Pure Protein Bars: Pure Protein Shakes: Premier Protein, Muscle Milk Light!! Best of Luck!!

Also had no symptoms. Tried so many meds and after diagnosed and was getting UTI's every 4 weeks for over 2 years...... Finally started walking, uped my protein, no soda (even diet) and keeping away from so many processed foods, dropped calories til I got to 1200 and started lossing and things improved right away!!!! Best…

When you are so low to start with I would say for your own health and for healthy weight loss, eat at least some back.... Just make sure you are really logging all your food and the exercise you log is real excerise, not things like work, shopping, gardening, cooking or cleaning. Best of Luck!!!

So many options, you will not have a problem at all. Someone already gave you the link and there are app available as well. Mousewait is really great!!! Remember it's the holidays so it will be busy. Go during the week if you can and use the Fastpass system as much as possible!!! If you have any mobility issues you can…

You have to work on your mind that is where the problem lies. You have to want to be healthier more than you want the Mc D's. Think about something esle or turn up the radio when driving by or keep a protein bar handy to take a quick bite and say to yourself, hey I don't need that crap!! Water is another help, will help…

I have seen two or three over 300 lbs lost. Such great stories!!!!

If you really want to do shakes and bars that is fine. Just chose wiser!!! Slim Fast has way too much, fat and calories and way to little protein and fiber........ Look for shakes with no more that 200 calories and a min of 25 grams of protein, very little fat as well. For bars, again around 200 calories, about 20 grams of…

I wish you all the luck in the world. My son just finished 8 years in the Corp!! Semper Fi!!! Get it done recruit!!!

Yeah it is a yeast issue and very common. Keep clean and dry, A & D and Vaginal Yeast cremes can help but the best thing is to call the doctor, they can order you a powder that is much much better than anything over the counter. Good luck!!!
-
Simple answer: YES!!! 1200 min net calories unless under Drs. care. Too little calories, water and protein. More of these!!!! Lots of simple carbs and fast/processed foods. Try for more lean meats, veggies whenever possible!! Spread exercise out to a more even 3-4 days instead of one huge day. Even at 1200 that might not…

You should avoid Simple Carbs in the evening as they are really just sugar and that is not good to try an sleep on. Complex Carbs are different but again, you get better use out of them if you eat them earlier in the day. Breakfast choices: Go Protien!!!!! Lean meats or whole grains with protein powder, greek yogurt are…
