  • I sync all data in both places and only log food in MFP which transfers over to SHealth. Logging food in SHealth leaves alot to be desired and weirdly doesn't port over to MFP. You also have to set "weight management" or "balanced life" as goals in order to see the food logs. Scan my QR code and we can be friends there…

  • You are definitely eating too little. With 100lbs to lose, cutting to 1200 from the start is way too aggressive. You can just cut out white bread/pasta right now and lose weight.   • I have an air popper as well but it's really loud and throws popcorn everywhere! Now, I pop mine in a lidded but dry copper pot and it perfectly pops every kernel. I spray a little I can't believe it's not butter spray and sprinkle 1tsp of ranch dressing powder after it's popped if I'm feeling fancy - so good!! :-)

  • Bring your water bottle with you EVERYWHERE! That's the only way I get all my water in! Also, try some crystal light or those Mio water enhancers cause they're low cal and you can add as much or as little as you like!
