I didnt mean not to log in those calories... i log EVERYTHING ... I just meant they are low calorie help you fill up and burn calories at the same time

eat celery or carrots before each meal ... it takes more calories to burn then they actually have. youll feel a little fuller and hopefully eat less =) drink 2 glasses of water before each meal... if its ice cold water your body burns more calories to make it body temp

Thanks!!! I think I may be under calories .... I usually end up eating 900- 1100.... I dont feel hungry all day but as the eve comes closer I just want to EAT!! its horrible.... Oh really??? That sucks - His diet plan has a lot more restrictions hence Spike 84 made a lil more sense. yes it is by him. Yea its hard just eating proteins and beans. I sure would miss my cereal and fruits!!! Have you heard of spike 84? I think its the same concept with the cheat day but you can eat a certain amount of calories the other days. I think there are no restrictions to what type of food.

Gosh dont all reply at once .... =P I also had a quick question .... I notice when I work out I really dont think I lose weight - should I just diet and try to lose the weight 1st and then do the insanity to tone up ... or should I continue to do both. I have a lot of weight to lose.
