  • I miss pasta, bread and soft cheese most of all no question about it. I love all of them and frankly have no issue with any of them nutritionally when eaten in moderation.   • if it helps them reach their goals better and they enjoy doing it then yes i say go for it all. i have used some or all of them in the groups i work with pending the persons needs and readiness. none of them are needed to see results but they can be great alternatives for sure when a workout gets into a rut.

  • 35, 6'2" 190lbs and 12% . powerlifter aiming to get to 195. been at 4500kcals a day with protein fixed at 230g daily and fats and carbs adjusting daily to hit calorie goal needs. so far so good. up 10lbs since jan 2019. body comp down 1% as well. slow but steady wins the race!

  • just did mine 2 weeks ago almost. UNBA show in hermosa beach. good size show. took 3rd in mens physique open of 12 guys. not bad for 2 years off myself. best condition i brought to stage in 6 shows lifetime so happy with outcome. glad 20 weeks of prep ended before turkey day! time to grow now!

A 16 oz carton 99% egg whites cooked on frying pan with coconut spray. inside omelet is 1 cup chopped spinach. sautee green beans for 6-7 minutes on medium high. cook eggs for 7-8 minutes on medium with lid on. fold over when done after stuffing…
  • a recent homemade surf and turf veggie stir fry over brown rice. sirloin steak bites and steamed shrimp over bag of frozen veggies (steamed) and microwave brown rice bow. totals of about 90 carb, 15 fat and 55 protein as shown.

  • Recent samples of vegetarian burger hot spots in San Diego area. I am not at all vegetarian, my roommate is and he had my try these. I did enjoy them all actually.

  • i did not make this myself....i get/make this meal combo of goods every time i go into my local souplantation. large mixed green salad with toppings, baked sweet potato, scratch made lowfat chicken noodle soup, various raw veggies, and house made low fat vinaigrette.
  • slice 1/2" thick, spray well with coconut spray or olive oil spray, salt and pepper both sides, put on grill for 3 mins a side or put in broiler for 3-4 minutes a side. never tried any other method but that. it works so why mess with it right!?
