slice 1/2" thick, spray well with coconut spray or olive oil spray, salt and pepper both sides, put on grill for 3 mins a side or put in broiler for 3-4 minutes a side. never tried any other method but that. it works so why mess with it right!?1 -

i did not make this myself....i get/make this meal combo of goods every time i go into my local souplantation. large mixed green salad with toppings, baked sweet potato, scratch made lowfat chicken noodle soup, various raw veggies, and house made low fat vinaigrette.1 -
