:( I think I'm pretty good at feeling my own vibe. Yesterday I was not feeling it in a I'd rather go home and sit on the couch sorta way not a I'm going to be ill if I do this way. I'm so glad I did it! I felt great during and after. I know what you mean though, it takes time to develop the skill to differentiate between I…

Wow! 11 lbs! That's impressive!

I don't have pictures yet because I'm barely starting week 4 on Monday but I can tell you that my clothes is fitting much better already. It's a great workout. I wish you strength and health!

I just finished week 3! I am feeling strong and fitting better in my clothes. I changed today's workout to the modified version and I added weights so no jumping for me but I killed it!!! I know I'll be sore tomorrow :) Wish me health and luck for next week, the last week of month 1!

Hi, the modified version just eliminates the jumps, for example, if he does a squat-jump-punch you would squat and punch. It's still a very good workout if you follow the modifier. I usually follow him until I get tired and then follow the modifier. I like it a lot and it goes by very fast. Good luck! One more thing, he…

I just finished week 2! I am so happy with this program so far. I do it first thing in the morning to get it out of the way. I noticed the first week I was tired by 3PM. This week I'm not. My body is adjusting! On Wednesday I had a slight discomfort in my knee and as soon as I noticed it I iced it and I have felt fine…

Hi, Yes I feel so proud of myself. You are giving me some major hope for the results of this program. I also sweat like a crazy person but it's so rewarding. Thank you so much for wishing me luck! I need it!

Hi, It's not my first HITT program. I've done the Insanity videos before but I didn't like how long it was and just before starting Insanity Max 30 I completed the 21 Day Fix.

you look amazing!!

That's great! I took a few months off and noticed the gain right away. Good luck!

Thank you for your feedback! You are right to point out that I may need to re-evaluate my goals. When I said slowly try to lose weight I think I really meant that I would slowly incorporate changes that will lead to weight loss. In the past I have tried to make drastic changes from one day to the next and they would…

You are so right! Thank you for reminding me. I really did feel so disappointed in myself but I'm on the mend. I crushed both of yesterday's goals.
-
This week I'm incorporating a workout. I'm going to do the 30 day shred and continue to drink 8 glasses of water per day. Yesterday I had a really bad day. I felt so bad about my body. I can't hide the weight gain and I feel like it has consumed me. I have to get my ish together!!!

Thank you! I know I can, I know I can, I know I can.
-
I will! Thank you!
-
You look fantastic! I'm starting for the 200th time trying to lose 20 lbs.
-
Hi Spook! Thank you for your response. I'm not working out too much but I have been eating a little less and drinking a lot more water. I'm with you, I can't not know. But if I buy it and it says I've stayed the same, I'm afraid all of a sudden this pep in my step will vanish. Ahhhh!
-
Sweet! I saw your post on the Facebook group "A Year of Running" Your transformation is impressive and so inspiring.
-
That's an excellent motivator to keep going week two! Keep it up the hard work!
-
Best of luck on your journey!
-
Way to go! Keep it up!

Thank you for the motivation! Happy to report that I powered thru and did the workout...it wasn't all good though because I did give in to my cravings for a chocolate pastry. Today is another day and another uphill battle. I hope you all reach your goals for the day.

Just last week I was telling my husband that I am addicted to food. Anytime I use that term I always say, "with respect to people with other addictions" because I know that my issues are not the same as people addicted to drugs, alcohol, gambling, etc. I've lived with drug addicts before and I know the extent that they…

My goal is to lose 10 lbs by my son's 1st birthday. I lost all the baby weight but I wasn't at my best when I got pregnant so there's plenty of work to do. So far I've lost 3lbs. I have 7 weeks until his birthday and 7 lbs to lose. After that, my next goal will be a "normal" BMI.

Thanks ladies! I hope to keep it up for as long as it is safe for my little munchkin!

I signed up for a 5K 5 weeks after my scheduled due date so I gotta get to walking and then very light jogging. I also plan on doing insanity after the 5K. Best of luck!!

Today is my first day back on MFP so I have not been logging what I eat. As for the workouts I'm trying to walk up the stairmaster while comfortably holding a conversation. I think my goal for the next few months is to maintain "healthy thoughts" so it's easier to get rid of this weight when my baby is here. What are your…

Hi! I'm 20 weeks with baby #1. I have not been consistently working out but I'm changing that this week. I am doing the stairmaster and then strength training. I want to find a balance between watching what I am eating and not restricting myself. BTW every time I workout by husband gets worried that I'm going to hurt the…
