Ok once again I am getting back into my routine! Lost 30lbs from Sept 2015 to Nov 2015, then the holidays came and big surprise I got lazy and kept telling myself you lost 30lbs go ahead and reward yourself (do not reward yourself with food your not an animal) and I did and I gained 10lbs back.... Why do I keep doing this to myself? Well no more I am back in my workout routine and eating right and I feel so much better and have more energy! I will not give up this time, if I have a bad day that's one day I don't have to let it ruin everyday! I have a lot to lose but instead of focusing on the main goal I am setting smaller goals that will eventually get me to my main goal! So here I go!
