This is very common when losing weight. When you stop losing it will stop falling out.

I have read that it is common to lose hair while cutting calories and losing weight. When you stop losing the hair loss will stop.

Belly fat is the hardest to lose and the last to go. It has more fat cells. I am having the same problem. The scale keeps going down but my waist is not shrinking very quickly.

If you are not a Planet Fitness member you should not be commenting. You know nothing about it.

I love the stairmaster and the elliptical. I do a HIIT workout on the elliptical and am completely soaked afterward. You don’t have to look hard to find people critisizing everything. If it works for you why change it?

I love it. I have been a member for 2.5 years. I go in the morning so it is mostly moms, retirees and a few younger men too. Very nice staff. Very clean. They do have tootsie rolls at the front desk but I don’t eat them. No juice bar. They bring in free pizza one night a month and bagels and coffee one Tuesday morning a…

WW gives nothing but points. I was blown away by how few calories I was eating. People who eat a lot of zero point foods are blown away by how many calories they are eating. Some think zero point means free.

Five days ago I switched from WW to MFP to see if I can lose while counting calories. As of this morning I am down 1.2 pounds. I am eating more and a larger variety of foods than I was on WW. I have MFP set for 1 pound per week. On WW my average over 6 months was 1.4 pounds. I have not lost more than .8 per week since early June. I gained .4 last week. I do not lose quickly at 45 years old. I am happy with my weight loss progress thus far. I have set my calories to my BMR and will eat exercise calories on the…

If I choose not very active/sedentary my base calories are 1360. That is lower than my BMR. Is this ok?

I used to have fatigue and weakness-especially going up the stairs. I had low ferritin. Have your doctor run an iron panel including ferritin. Most doctors don’t check for it. Most don’t believe you can be anemic with low ferritin and normal iron labs. This is not true.

My husband was tired all the time too. He is 48 years old. He has always been slim and active. In the past few years he has had a hard time getting in shape. He just can’t progress past a certain point. He coaches soccer and plays in an adult league. He gets winded easily. He has also put in a few pounds in his belly. I…
