I normally try to eat breakfast everyday unless I'm in a rush. Just small meals. Like one egg and a fruit, or one bowl of oatmeal with fruit, etc. I've noticed that when I skip breakfast, I eat larger quantities at one sitting later in the day... which I know is bad for my metabolism and ultimately my weight loss.

I'm pretty short, 5'3", and it took 15lbs before any of my friends said anything. When your friends see you often, sometimes it's hard to notice! It's the people who only see you once in a while that can see the change right away.

Yup! I'm 5'3.5" and weigh ~139 right now. Looking to lose maybe just another ten-twenty pounds. My body type is similar to yours I think (based on your profile picture). I'll add you. :)

I'm 5'3.5" and I would like to get down to 120lbs eventually, but my first goal is 130. I'm 140 right now. I do have quite a bit of muscle from playing soccer for years as a child, so I might be satisfied at 130, but we'll see when I get there. :)

I'm 5'3.5". I started out at 161lbs. I don't have any before pictures. But, now I weigh 140... Looking to lose 10-20 more pounds. :)

Hate breeds hate. I don't see the point of this thread. I'm not overly-sensitive, I just believe that everything should be looked at from all perspectives without coming to harsh conclusions. Everyone has made excuses. Just encourage them, and hopefully they'll grow out of it. The hate won't stop a thing.

Ah yes I would love to run outside, once the weather is nice enough! I tried running outside in the winter -- cannot handle cold sweats.

If you continue at the rate you're going, you'll definitely reach 120 pounds by July! I don't think you will see much of a difference by March 30th (perhaps a few inches?).
