  • Whole eggs are great and healthy. The fat is good and helps keep you full along with many B vitamins in the yolk, so you feel full and have sustained energy. Eggs do not effect your cholesterol as dietary cholesterol has no role in your serum cholesterol levels. If you want to save calories you can do egg whites or do egg…
  • I may weight myself once a month or so. I use to wrestle and I would love to never know my weight again, lol. I just use the mirror and how my clothes fit. Its all about how you feel for me.

I still go back to it every now and than when I'm in between new routines or accidentally let myself go as a result of the grad school life. I agree that Tony gets old, ha. I made a few playlists for it but then eventually wrote all the workouts on note cards, which I…

I rotate it into my workouts every few months depending if I'm cutting or lifting heavy for gains now. What ever you choose though, you get out of it what you put into it, so do your best and…
  • Frequent/small meals: every 2-3 hours, small meals 5-6 a day. This will keep your metabolism going. Make sure you eat breakfast when you wake up to bring body out of catabolic state from sleeping. Studies show: Adding cayenne pepper to foods or just making them spicy can increase thermogenics which increases metabolism.…
