Oh I know. And I don't give 2 craps whether they do or don't. This is for me. This whole journey is for me and no one else. I want to have a flatter belly for me:-)

You should eat them back, BUT be careful. MFP tends to overestimate how many calories you are burning...especially if you are a little more fit. If you have a heart rate monitor and calculate what you burn through that, then you are fine. But if you are using the calories based off of what they say on here, maybe don't eat…

Would love to have you add me:-) I've been on here for awhile, but I am up and down and up and up and up and down. Still trying to find my way:-) I don't have many friends on here so would love some more:-)

Thanks everyone for your input.

She did tell me that. They "exercise" you after the procedure....BUT I would go to the gym anyway.
-
Oh thank you!!! But that is my goal picture...lol. I am about 15 lbs heavier than that:-/

Umm yea....this. I WISH someone would tell me that I look too thin!! Do not even for a second let that bother you. Your weight/height combo sounds pretty dang good. I am 5'4" and would kill to get to 160!!!! Keep up the good work....you are obviously doing great!

I AGREE ONE BILLION PERCENT. I was one of those 1200 cal girls. Then I was an 1100 cal girl. Then a 1000. Talk about being miserable. And the second I broke down and started eating what I should....I gained 30 pounds in 3 months. I don't know if I will ever get my metabolism back to normal. 1400-1500 is my friend. Thanks…

Eventually I will want to work on endurance as I am going to be doing some 5Ks and hopefully eventually 10Ks, but for right now I am just trying to get some weight off and tone up. Its hard getting my heartrate nice and high and then having to stop. I feel like I am just not burning as much as I could.

Thanks!! Anyone else???

What she said!!!!

Oh my goodness I could have written this myself. Except I don't have dogs. I have 4 kids though....lol. I will send you a request. We can do it this time!!!
-
Don't do it! Its so gross. And expensive. And doesn't teach you anything about eating/living healthier. You can do it without that. Just eat right and exercise. And be patient.
-
Good for you!!! Good luck on your journey:-)

It DOES work. But it is terrible terrible terrible for you. Plus, do you want to take it forever? Once you stop taking it, the weight will come back. I lost like 20 lbs on it, but the headaches and shakes were so bad I was miserable. Went off of it, but kept exercising and dieting and over half of my weight went back on. I…

Great! All I got out of this thread is an insane and uncontrollable craving for chocolate cake and ice cream. Thanks alot!!!! ;-)

I have the terrible habit of weighing in everyday. It can be sooooo frustrating. It is bad bad bad!!! But, I know how you feel...just so tempting to get on it everyday. Maybe it was water weight? I agree that you should weigh same time of day (morning is best before you eat or drink anything). Most important thing.....if…

Hey!! Ditto to everything you said:-) I have struggled with my weight from my freshman year of college to now. Before that I was always the "biggest" of my friends, but not too bad. Once college started though, my weight slowly kept going up and up and up. Then in 2007 I put my head to it and lost 70lbs!! I looked and felt…

ME TOO!!! LOVE IT!!!

In my personal opinion....if someone needs a drug to lose weight, then they are NOT ready to commit to losing weight. This isn't a quick fix and you can't expect immediate results. Lord knows I have tried them all. Weight loss is a sloooooow, process if done right. And when done right, changing the way you eat, and…

It is sooooooo hard to get remotivted. Believe me I know!!! I was like you...doing great and super motivated. I had lost 57 pounds to go to the Bahamas with my husband in March!! After the trip I went right back to old habits and ate what I wanted, didn't drink water, blah blah...you get it. Next thing I knew I had GAINED…

I'm right there with all of you ladies!!! I am 5'4" and currently 172. After baby #3 I KILLED myself for a year and lost 70 pounds. I looked and felt amazing. Then I had baby #4 and put EIGHTY pounds back on. I was 219 a week after my daughter was born. It has been a nightmare getting the 46 pounds off so far and has taken…
