5'6'' CW: 152 GW: 135ish. I have a curvier frame. As much as I'd like to see the 120's, I'd look sickly.

I've read the controversy over a shorter feeding window and female hormones, but for me, eating 20:4 has made my hormones stable!!! Just gotta try things out. Weightloss and eating is not a one size fits all!

I do the "Warrior Diet" method, or 20:4. Works great for me, my goals, and lifestyle. Just try them all out and tweak them to fit your lifestyle. Good luck!

You asked for testimonials, so here's mine. A lot of people-mainly women-don't find success with IF. It really isn't a one-size fits all approach. However, I strongly suggest at least trying it! That being said, I have found huge success with IF. I do 20:4 and it really works out for me. I've struggled with trying to find…

I'm pretty muscular, maybe that's why. :blushing: But y'all just made my day!

Holy ****, let's be friends. Way off, 150!

I can only judge by your face.. But you have a very thin face! 125!?

It's for losing fat, and increasing my strength and endurance. I've hit a major plateau in the past four months, and I'm trying pretty much everything to get back to weight loss. Cutting simple carbs seemed like the next reasonable option, but I didn't want to cut them too drastically as to stall muscle gainzzz.

Let's be friends

PPs-That's what I had always seen & followed, but have recently been seeing articles and heard trainers talking about "eating carbs to replenish your body after training." :noway:
-
I was hoping not to hear that! Thanks :)

Shutupandlift- Honestly, I pretty much have a mindset where if it comes from nature or has a face I'll eat it. I try not to worry too much about my macros & micros, just because like I said, I really don't want my whole day revolving around what I'm going to eat! But, I probably could do better with paying more…

I know it's a lot, but I really like exercising. But, no, I don't consider Xfit heavy lifting, I consider my heavy lifting-heavy lifting. Reading it back it sounded pretty confusing, like I exercise 9 days a week, but I meant I strength train 4-5x a week and do cardio 1-2x which is either running or crossfit. I eat clean &…

THIISSSS. It really isn't a very good idea to "reward" your exercise with treats.. After all, you're not an dog! But, if that's what you need to motivate yourself, I'd say do what you have to do. But, I agree with the other posters, I would definitely lean towards a protein shake or chocolate milk (mmmmmm:love: )…

haha thanks, I'm not gonna let a number define my *kitten*-kicking hard work I've been doing. Yeah, I did that though.. I was originally doing cardio 4x a week and weight lifting 3, and I reversed it and added in crossfit a couple times a week too..Overall just really kicking my *kitten* at the gym and surprisingly that's…
