I would ditch the bike if I was you. Getting motivated to exercise is hard enough, but if you hate what you are doing you will never last with it (well I wouldn't). I'm on approx 1400 cals per day, maybe less some days, plus cals burned from the exercise that I dont use for food. So I feel my intake is ok, and dont eat anything over 5g of fat per 100g (Rosemary Conley diet). I just assumed that added exercise along with restricted calories.....the weight would drop off . Haha silly me…

Thankyou so much guys. It makes total sense when explained. I really wouldn't care how much I weighed, as long as I can see my body shape changing and getting rid of the fat. I think I'll ditch the scales for now and just concentrate on the exercise. Thankyou for your advice, I really appreciate it x

Typical slimfast shake is 230 cals, 15g protein, 23 carbs (of which sugars 23) 7 fat, 3.5 fibre and sodium 0.23. I spose u cud eat sumthn better fr u with same amount ov calories. Iv been taking the ready made slimfat drinks fr breakfast as i cant eat in the morning, sometimes il have one fr lunch if im out and about and cant make anything. Id like your thoughts on these drinks pls :)

Same here Victoria. Wish i was one ov these people that loved exercise lol. Im not doing anythin jst now other than walking with my friend, but ts better than nothing ! Are u in the Uk ? I see r a vegan....im a vegetarian....everybody thinks if ur a vege ur fit and healthy haha :) im the exception to the rule x
