I have completed 4 weeks with great results. It actually comes with programs for pear shapes, flat butts, etc. I did notice my abs got more toned and lost close to an inch around my waist

I keep going back to Turbo Fire because for me it's been the most effective program I've done (compared to Focus T25, Chalene Extreme, various Jillian Michael's programs). I did Burn intervals and Abs Burner last night and pretty much went to bed right away. How's everyone doing this week? I just finished HIIT 15 and JM's Killer Buns & Thighs (level 3 - i don't care for Sculpt/Tone 30). This is one of my favorite combos - I feel fantastic right now - yay energy!

Anyone else find the Tone 30 and Sculpt 30 to not be very effective? I've blended them in smoothies or mixed them into yogurt for a little crunch. Great fiber
