kinda stress too:( even eating sweets or chewing gums have to be counted.sips of juice.

just eat n enjoy everything.u dont want to miss this once a year festive.just remmeber to control our portion and make sure to get back on track later.

have u tried the recipe calculator?u can calculate your food calorie from your own menu.:)

have u tried adding physillium husk or flax seeds in your daily menu?i think that can help clearing the colon in a natural way.of course with lots of water consumption.

well if u think u take too much sodium that day,try compensating them by drinking lots of water and high potassium food.will help shred that water retention.

i cant remember when was the last time i ate one.see how disgust u'r with them,i dont think i miss anything.:) living healthy is not a problem i guess.
