It's a great hike! Yes it has potato chip rock at the top.

My goal is to keep working out once I go back to work. Run 3x Weight training every other day Hike on the weekend Teaching all day sucks the energy right out of you by the end of the day.

I have compiled a home gym and my motivation is I can't let it sit and it being a waist of money. I was just giving a gym my money before and not going. I work out in the morning and just fall out of bed and go down stairs. It is hard but I have stuck with it for three weeks so far.

My moment was when I was playing soccer for the first time in a long time and I thought I was going to have a heart attack. Also I want to fit into cute clothes and shoes!:happy:

All to common. I went through the same thing but an injury took me out. Find a Masters program that you can swim with. I am a swim coach and its all about getting back in the pool and cracking out some yardage. You will feel so much better! Good luck, add me if you would like.
