Really depends on how my body is feeling, but... What is your regular training pace per mile? 8:30-9:00min/mile What's your race pace? 9:00-9:30min/mile What do you consider a "fast" pace? Anything under 8:30min/mile What's your goal pace? 8:00-8:30min/mile

I believe so. Most days when I'm not as…

I am! Feel free to add!

Can't agree with that... I only had 2 serious boyfriends before I got married. Nevertheless, I agree with the others... I find it odd that the friend of the boyfriend said you're being cheated on, couldn't prove it and now you're dating the friend. The "scientific" in you should caught on to that scheme a mile away.

I'll add you! We're near twins! I was 141lb, but now at 133. Would love to get to the 120's eventually.

Hmmm... I saw the Today Show this morning and the first thing that came to mind is this juice cleanse that a lot of people in my office are doing... I wonder if that is truly Dr. Oz endorsed.

I completely understand. I've been relaxer free for about 15 years and my hair is naturally curly. It's beautiful to look at, but a PITA to maintain. I have to admit that I haven't been the best "au naturel" hair person. I usually wear it straight (by way of blowing drying and flat ironing) in the fall, winter, and spring…

I always thought my birthdate was boring until I looked it up for this thread. On April 13th: Some famous people born on the same day: Thomas Jefferson F.W. Woolworth Butch Cassidy

^^This I carry facial wipes in my bag just for that purpose. If I remember, I wipe off the makeup before working out, but even if I forget, they're very helpful for after the workout. As for makeup, my skin has taken a liking to Clinique and Benefit products, but everyone's skin is different.

What really sucks is that I'm starting to get the hip bone definition too, but something about the belly button area. Just won't budge! ARGH!!! :grumble:

Yep, I'm an Aries for sure. Funny because I never considered myself as ambitious and an over-achiever and my husband reminds me almost everyday that I am with my actions. LOL! But I am impatient as all get out but adaptive not so much. I get nervous with change sometimes.

Just awful. I read that they're telling people to stay away from public trash cans.

I completely understand. My husband tries to eat healthier, but sometimes I come home from a run and he's made brownies or brought home cheesecake... Smh... All I can do is just say no (not that there's anything wrong with saying yes to a brownie every once in awhile). It has to be a personal choice. While it's nice to…

Cold weather? Easy peasy. Rain? Sure! Why not? But not sure if I'd run during a lightning storm.
-
Um wow. I'd like to think there are plenty of 20 and 30-somethings that work very hard to be healthy. I think anyone that makes an effort to stay active and healthy is impressive. Just my two cents.

Hmmm... I'd have to say Work Hard, Play Hard by Wiz Khalifa.

My husband got me a container of pepper spray. Thankfully I've never had to use it.

I weigh us on the scale together, then weigh myself. Subtract the difference and that's how much kitty weighs.
-
Awesome job! What are your stats and measurements if you don't mind us asking?

hehehe... On a Five Guys day about 2,500 calories once. Cheesecake Factory results were no better; I think I was over by 2,000 or so calories.

Height: 5'3" Age/Gender: 32/Female Heaviest weight: 168 Current Weight: 133 Lowest Weight: 128(within the past 5 years; I was in the low 100's in high school and was studying ballet) Goal weight: NONE. I used to want to be in the 120's, but I've been told I look too thin in that range. I only panic when 1 of 2 things…

I'm the first Saab! 2005 Saab 9-3 and it has 65,000 miles on it.

Beets! :noway:

Mine looks AWFUL. I think I'm close to last place in my entire company. LOL! I knew I should've let auto select for me. :grumble:

I think everyone is different (body composition) but it also depends on the exercise. I've burned 1,000 calories, but I ran at about 6.7mph for an hour and a half.
-
I use them about twice a week. The swings alone feels like a whole body workout. I'm not a huge fan of the exercises that have the Kettlebell resting on my wrists (mine was kind of weak), but I'm getting use to it, especially with wrist guards.

Congrats in advance! I agree with the others, the C25K program works really well, but if you go to Runkeeper, they also have some pretty good training plans/programs! Good luck!
-
So DOPE! You look amazing!

Oof... Not looking forward to doing those, but that's what challenges are for!
