It's just over 4 months since I started MFP and so far I have lost 33 lbs (started at 187 now 154) thanks to the amazing support from everyone on here. I've still got a little way to go but I'm over the half way mark and have finally plucked up the courage to share my progress pictures (hopefully if the links work!)

    Thanks, I haven't measured inches (regretting this now but never mind!) but i started at 187 and I'm now 154.

    This is Awesome! It's funny how excited I am with other people's successes...but I think it's probably because I can imagine all the hard work and then begin to think of that person more as a teammate (e.g., we shared the same tough work, etc.) than just an avatar on a website. :)

    Thanks everyone your comments are all lovely and I probably wouldn't be here still (after 130 odd days) if it wasn't for everyone else's progress pictures that I've look at on a daily basis to get me motivated!
