    Congratulations! I was just wondering, how many days did you exercise per week?

    Hey,

    I'd say about 3/4 times a week , this is what a typical week might look like:

    Monday: Off
    Tuesday : Body Combat Class
    Wednesday: Body Pump
    Thursday Swim
    Friday : Off
    Saturday: Circuits
    Sunday: Off

    I've picked up running recently as well but I've found that doing different things in classes has really worked for me but everyone is different :) x
