I would like to lose 20 lbs till 16 of July but i dont know how realistic is that. My body doesnt give in even for 2 pounds i need to fight as hell and to cut my food drasticly, I think I have realy low metabolism rate.

I gained 1.6 CW: 170.4. I keep bouncing from 167.6 to 170.4 and back it starts getting depressing. I try motivate myself that my fitness level is better each day.

Gained 1.3 pounds:( or simply my weights are broken. Yesterday my weight was as previous week.

Weekend is not over but i need to brag about yesterday: - 9 miles on foot, - then insanity workout for half an hour - and after that 2 hours of crazy salsa dancing total burn 1963kcal Today is less ambitious - 40 minutes of insanity and 50 sit ups an maybe some salsa in the evening so up till now 2318 calorie burned:)

Stretch, do the cardiio, do intervals, 3 of them, 12-15 reps on each machine you do now (you may increase weights) without rest at the end of each interval one minute break, and the cardio again at the end with closer on stretch.

Its an issue for me and its good if it is just one pound. I track my cycle, moon and weight for few years so I know that before period I gain 4 pounds (due to extra food cravings for 2 weeks and water) and after I lose it in few days. This time I worked extra hard to keep my weight in check and I am hoping that on next…

I have sore knees as well. And I ran only one lap around stadium:(. I know that is because of wrong technique. but i don know how to fix it. As much as i know you should ice it and you should rest till pain subsides.
