OOOOh my fitblr is vanityweight150.tumblr.com...my primary tumblr blog is kneadthedough.tumblr.com which is what you'll see when I follow you. - I'm excited to follow some new peeps. I've been a little frustrated lately with how many fitblrs are just reblogs of pictures of insanely thin women or "inspirational quotes" that…

I remember when I increased it to 240. I did it out of fear of getting called out! LoL I thought about putting my goal weight as a motivator but honestly, even though I'm not at goal, I am proud of the real number. Being comfortable with that, I think, is a huge step for me mentally. - not to get too deep but shedding the…

Thank you! :flowerforyou: - I remember reading long ago about how women are supposed to have "long swan necks." It's hard to believe that it was there all along.
-
Nice! I mean, that sucks but in a good way. You've done a great job!!
-
Love it! - Reminds me of when I broke up with Lane Bryant... Thanks for the giggle!

I feel you. I really hoped to be at goal before I had to renew but these last 30lbs have been so stubborn. It's all good though. In 5 years I'll have another opportunity to get a new picture that looks better than the one before!

I too used to be a flavored creamer girl but have weaned myself off it over the years and now exclusively use unsweetened vanilla almond milk and truvia. It took a little time to acclimate my taste buds to the the change but I def prefer almond milk over soy in coffee.

I want to thank everyone who read my story and took the time to comment! My presentation was a great experience, very cathartic. I hope to do a follow up post once I hit my goal! - Marla

Thank you for all your kind words! I literally cried (in a good way) reading your comments. I appreciate the feed back. The addition of funny stories is on my agenda as well as delving more in to the struggle. - This is essentially my sloppy copy and I needed to make sure the nuts and bolts were accounted for first. Many,…

Fluffy poop is the *kitten*!

That sounds about right. In my experience sodium is a water hording beeyotch. I've lost as much as 9lbs in 2 days just by getting sodium under control and drinking lots of water. Try not to worry too much about it, the scale should be back to normal in 3 -4 days. :)

If you are using your Bill Cosby logic, it's got all your breakfast essentials. "Dad is great! Gives us chocolate cake!"
-
No but I am pretty sure I broke some random chicks heart the other night via text. Stop handing out fake numbers "Kip"...if that is your real name?!?!

Congratulations! You look amazing! I remember when I broke up with Lane Bryant. Best.day.ever!

If I lose 3 more pounds by Feb.1, I will have lost 100 lbs in a year. I was so desperate to be happy I was willing to eat healthy & start working out! Ha! When I got started my husband was out of work so we were on a shoe string budget. Avoiding the super market at hitting the local produce stand actually saved us money. I…

-
Cals Under, H2O Over, Squat Kicks Complete, 2 miles down & a partridge in a pear tree. :)
-
All done! I got my extra mile in today, under cals & over on water. As for the bonus challenge, my DVD had me doing those moves at about the same reps and I couldn't fathom doing more squat kicks. Those suckers are hard! Have a great night everyone! :)

I read somewhere that you can discuss alternative exercises with the team captain & modify the moves to suit your fitness level. BUT I want you to know that you CAN do this! It is time to rise to these challenges and not let them intimidate you!! There is no doubt this challenge is going to be hard...it's a challenge but…

Done for the day. Under on cals, over on water & challenges complete. I realize people are choosing to opt out of this challenge but I want you all to know I will not be one of them! The way I see it, this challenge is only 4 weeks long & one of them is almost complete. So that is 3 lil' ol' weeks left of committing to a…

Hi! I'm a late starter & excited to be a part of the D'Terminators! I've read through the thread and I think I am pretty well caught up as far as what I need to do. Now I need to get started doing it! My plan is to be caught up on days 1 - 4 by day 6. For now I can be checked off for staying under on cals & over on H2O on…

FYI - 16 oz per 2 cup rule only applies to some liquid items such as water, milk & eggs. The whole bag isn't even 16 oz. Just take your best guess and then go buy a food scale. It's the only way you'll ever really know. :)
