I've been having success with LC and Juddd I am in menopause since age of 29 complete hysterectomy. It's the only thing that makes dieting livable. Feel free to add me.

After trying almost every diet this is the only one I can actually do and it works.

I've laid off carbs and focused more on protein and this helps. Plus not eating because your bored but actually physically hungry.lol

Great question! Hopefully someone more experienced can answer. I'm not sure. I am doing exercises on my high days right now. But I totally feel I could probably do them any day. I drink a carb advantage drink if I feel I need something. So far that has worked for me.

Great job! Isn't great not to buy special foods and to just be able to eat like normal people.lol I am actually saving money too. On down days I still sit with my family and enjoy discussing our day. I usually have a carb shake. This WOE has really opened my eyes to a new world!

Thanks for replying. I am doing much better. I'm sticking with it and giving it a fair shot. I really enjoyed my up day today. I ate as much as I could but I was too full to do anymore. I'm not use to eating that much.lol I can't wait to see what the rest of the week brings:-)

Very new to forums and JUDDD. Read the book and ready to get my 2014 year started off right. Any help would be wonderful:) I am 37, 5'6 currently 157 lbs. I've had a total hysterectomy in 2006, since the surgery it has been hard to lose the weight. I do not take any medications. Anyone had real success?
